Donation Requests

General Guidelines:
  1. Minyard Food Stores, Inc. makes donations to non-profit organizations including schools, churches, civic groups, etc. However, due to heavy concentration of requests for school carnivals and boy scout banquets, we are unable to donate to these particular events.
  2. Application and letter must be at Minyard Corporate Office a minimum of two weeks before a scheduled event.  Application for donation does not mean automatic approval.
  3. All donation requests will be reviewed. After a decision is made regarding a request, you will be contacted by letter or phone.  Organizations will be limited to one donation per calendar year. Approved donations will be in the form of a gift card.
  4. Provide a brief statement describing the organization, purpose of the event and who will benefit from this event, in the space provided in the form below.
